When an alleged prostitute is murdered in a hotel room belonging to mobster Frankie Black the cops think they have an open and shut case.  Nightwing, however, knows that Frankie is being set up and he teams up with Huntress in order to take on the mob and get to the bottom of what really happened to the woman at the Starlight Hotel.
